  1. Delivery: For purchases placed within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), we provide delivery on the basis of address. After payment confirmation, orders will be processed and sent within 3 business days. Depending on the shipping address and method selected after purchase, delivery timeframes may change. Delivery delays brought on by unforeseen events, such as bad weather or transportation problems, are not our responsibility.
  2. Returns: We make an effort to offer high-quality solar lights. However, you have three days from the delivery date to return the item(s) if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please get in touch with our customer support staff via WhatsApp to get a Return Authorization (RA) number before starting a return. Items that are being returned must be brand-new, unopened, and in their original packing, together with the original receipt or other documentation of purchase. Unless the return is the result of a mistake or defect on our part, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping expenses. Within 2 to 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will initiate the refund or exchange. Refunds will be given in the original currency of the transaction which is used during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you get a damaged or flawed item, please notify us within 2 to 3 days after the delivery date and include photographic proof of the flaw or damage. At no additional cost to you, we will arrange for the return or replacement of the broken or flawed item(s). Items that are damaged or faulty must be sent back in their original packing and condition, together with the original receipt or other evidence of purchase.
  4. Cancellations: Please get in touch with us as soon as you can to cancel an order before it ships. An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. In such circumstances, you can adhere to the return procedure described above.
